Our lab is always looking for new Masters and PhD students.  As an advisor it is my job to create an environment that helps students develop as scientists by providing an open and positive workplace, an "open door" policy for communication, and resources to conduct and present research.  In turn, students should be interested in understanding aquatic ecosystems, self-motivated, and hard working.
